How Clean Your Mouse

If your mouse is working sluggishly or not at all, do not go out and buy another cheap mouse. The reason for that may be just a dirty mouse. A quick cleaning could fix the problem. First, you must identify the type of mouse you have. If you turn on your mouse at the top and the ball appears, have a ball mouse. If you see a lens, you have an optical or laser mouse. Each type of mouse requires a different type of cleaning. Optical or laser mouse does not need to be cleaned nearly as often as the ball mouse, but it and walk on the surface can still be dirty. If you clean the surface that move the mouse, it will soon turn black.

So about once a month or more, wipe off surface with a wet cloth. Lens will probably not get dirty, but if so, take a nice cloth, cotton swab or q-tip wetted with window net or alcohol and clean the lens. Ball mouse may need cleaning often true, so you should also get acquainted with the methods of cleaning. Dirtier mouse that gets the ball, then it's hard to get them to move the cursor on the screen smoothly.

Place two fingers on the cover and push the direction arrows.

When the cover is to be approximately one inch, cover with the hands and turn the mouse back to the upright position. Cover and the ball must fall into your hands. If not, shake the mouse gently. Hit the ball out of wet rag. Now see the ball well and found the three rollers. Start by cutting all the buildup to the rollers on the nail (iron knife or dental treatment may also choose to use it), then open the roller and remove the buildup as you go along.
